Your Role

We're excited to welcome a dynamic and motivated Workplace Operations intern to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, supporting internal communication, handling travel arrangements, and overseeing the shipping and tracking of swag to our coaches and employees. You'll also help with additional office operations and projects like: incoming/outgoing mail, clinic device management, and access/parking cards. In short, you'll be on the front lines for both employees and guests.

This role requires work to be done in-office. We're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Must-Haves

  • A student. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program and remain enrolled for the duration of the internship.
  • Organized. You can efficiently manage projects and keep track of multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Event coordination skills. You know how to be a main contributor for company-wide events, working with a team to create incredible experiences.
  • Process improvement mindset. You're always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, take ownership of projects and leave a lasting impact.
  • Shipping know-how. You'll be shipping things-a lot of things. You know what an efficient shipping process looks like and aren't afraid to make improvements where needed.
  • Welcoming. You're a positive, upbeat individual, ready to give employees and visitors to our HQ a great first impression. You know that sets the tone for the rest of their experience at Hudl.
