  • Help to determine space requirements and ensure that inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.
  • Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
  • Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.
  • Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
  • Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment
  • Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
  • Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.
  • Knowledge Of: Warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability
  • Principles and practices of leadership and work management
  • Warehouse-related SOPs
  • Individual Account work instructions
  • Warehouse processes and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

Three to Five (3-5) years of related experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment; bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
