Payroll Specialist

Vaco is seeking a certified Senior Payroll Specialist to heavily support our Construction client near Somerville, NJ. The Sr Payroll Specialist will manage Multi-State and Union Payroll processes. Candidates that are Certified Payroll Specialists and worked with Payroll Software geared toward Construction industries, are highly preferred. Also, candidates with Sage 300 or SAP Dynamics would be ideal. Please see the details below and apply within.
Senior Payroll Specialist- Construction
Salary: up to approx. $85-95k
Location: near Somerville, NJ
In-Office
Responsibilities:
Processes Payroll via Sage 300
Manage Multi State Payroll
Manage Union Payroll
Manage Transactions within Payroll Tracking Software
Apply and Adhere to Federal, Local and State local payroll laws
Requirements:
Accounting, Finance, or related Degree
At least 5+ yrs. of experience
Sage 300 or SAP Dynamics, required
Payroll Tracking Software experience, required
Excellent Communication, customer service focused
