We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Port Allen, LA. In this role, you will play a key part in the smooth and efficient operation of our client's warehouse by managing driver check-ins, generating essential shipping and receiving documents, and collaborating closely with warehouse supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, MS Office, and data entry skills looking to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Location: Port Allen, LA
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Rotating 4 days on, 4 days off; two shifts available: 5 AM - 5 PM and 5 PM - 5 AM.

Responsibilities:
Check in drivers and provide guidance for loading/unloading.
Generate and manage shipping and receiving documentation.
Enter data accurately in multiple system applications.
Respond promptly to emails and coordinate with warehouse staff.
Work collaboratively with coworkers to manage daily workload and facilitate smooth shift transitions.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 5:00 AM

Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in a logistics, shipping, or receiving environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high attention to detail.
Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Access Database.
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
High school diploma or equivalent.
