Business Analyst - Service Financier - Bordeaux

La majorité de nos projets sont réalisés en agilité (frameworks Scrum, Safe). Vous intégrez une équipe de 7-8 personnes et vous intervenez sur des projets de complexité grandissante. En tant que Business Analyst vous intervenez sur toute la chaîne de valeur et participez à la conception et/ou à la validation des Systèmes d'Informations de nos clients. Venez nous rencontrer pour en discuter L'animation d'ateliers d'expression de besoins, de conception générale et/ou détaillée, par des méthodes agiles. L'étude des besoins d'évolution métier et SI exprimés par le client et la proposition d'études de cadrage adaptées. La préparation et la rédaction des US pour le sprint à venir. Le suivi du sprint en cours et les échanges avec l'équipe de réalisation. La validation de la stratégie de tests pour s'assurer d'un produit conforme et l'accompagnement à l'acceptation client. En fonction de votre expérience, vous êtes amené(e) à encadrer d'autres concepteurs(trices). De formation Ecole d'Ingénieurs ou de formation équivalente, vous possédez une première expérience (stage compris) en développement applicatif ou sur un poste similaire.

Vous avez idéalement un minimum d'expérience dans le développement informatique, ce qui vous rend capable aujourd'hui d'interagir efficacement avec les équipes techniques. A l'écoute et rigoureux(se), vous avez démontré votre aptitude à comprendre, à vous approprier les enjeux métiers et leur réalisation dans une solution informatique.

Votre sens du service, votre rigueur, vos qualités relationnelles et vos compétences méthodologiques, vous permettront à terme d'évoluer au sein de notre agence.
