Job Description: The California Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for maintaining relationships and providing on-site & remote customer service to the companys clients. RAMs are responsible for leading the operations process of Client onboarding by overseeing all aspects of the implementation of the companys products/services within client accounts. RAMs also provide ongoing Client Support/training throughout the ongoing client relationship lifecycle. This Account Management role requires a purpose-driven, self-starting individual who excels in an autonomous work environment and can work effectively with all levels of client personnel to meet their needs. Travel is required, mostly in-state within a designated territory, at approximately 80%. Major Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of the companys onboarding process with clients Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation Interact on-site and remotely with dealership staff to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues and provide the appropriate resolution Leverage CRM & business intelligence management tools to analyze data and automate processes Deliver on client satisfaction goals and targets Develop trust relationships with clients Experience & Qualifications Excellent time-management skills in an autonomous environment Highly-organized, self-starting team player Dynamic social skillset Proven track record of developing loyal client relationships Ability to administrate remote training using web conferencing applications Ability to navigate and utilize collaborative business tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, CRM, etc) Successful management of dynamic client needs across a defined territory CA DMV BPA or automotive industry experience (preferred) DLRdmv offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including life, medical, dental, vision, and more.
