Custodian Position University Housing Facilities is looking for custodians to join our 1st and 2nd shift teams We pride ourselves on providing great results for our customers and strive to be the place where everyone wants to work. Apply today Custodians at University Housing work together in teams to help keep spaces welcoming, safe, and clean for residents, staff, and guests. As a custodian in University Housing you will: Communicate with residents and guests to address needs and service requests Complete work in occupied or vacant residence hall and dining spaces Demonstrate and role model exceptional customer service Promote and participate in a collaborative team environment Maintain and implement prescribed cleaning standards Provide support and assist as needed in the implementation of plans and procedures in the event of an emergency Work Schedule: Multiple vacancies may be available 1st shift position(s): Typical schedule is 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, for total of 40 hours per week. Some positions include scheduled shifts every other weekend. Some flexibility may be possible for scheduled days, work hours, and shift lengths. 2nd shift position(s): Typical schedule is 3:00pm-1:30am, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, for a total of 40 hours per week, including rotating holidays and shifts every other weekend. Some flexibility may be possible for scheduled days and work hours. Work schedule will be set with selected finalist(s) at time of offer.
