Design Program Manager Responsibilities:
Identify and drive product initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders and many moving parts.
Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve product team efficiency and impact.
Facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, establish clear next steps and owners, and resolve blocks that impede progress.
Proactively assess risk, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger teams.
Measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, product design, user research, and content strategy to ensure a smooth product development process.
Support the management team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, and information distributions.
Establish and execute activities that build team culture and community, team values and trust, and help individuals tie their work back to company mission.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field and 4 years of work experience in the job offered or in a project, product, or program management-related occupation OR 6 years of work experience in the job offered or in a project, product, or program management-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Requires at least 48 months of experience in the following:
Working with product teams from roadmapping through delivery.
Working directly with product designers, UX researchers, and content strategists.
Working as a digital producer, project manager, or program manager.
Establishing programs, supporting design teams, and developing relationships.
Leading product strategy.
Communicating with data to drive change.
Public Compensation:
$260,288/year to $292,160/year + bonus + equity + benefits
