We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Component Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and qualifying electronic components for our products. The Component Engineer will work closely with design engineers to ensure that all components meet project requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Research and identify electronic components for use in product designs 2. Evaluate component specifications and ensure compatibility with project requirements 3. Manage component sourcing and procurement processes 4. Develop and maintain relationships with component suppliers 5. Review and approve component selections based on cost, availability, and quality 6. Conduct component testing and validation 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful component integration 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in component engineering Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 2. Proven experience as a Component Engineer or similar role 3. Strong knowledge of electronic components and their characteristics 4. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 6. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities 7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy 8.
