As a Senior Software Developer, you will take ownership of both the technical and experiential aspects of our applications. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and delivering end-to-end user experience and application solutions across multiple platforms and products Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and development plans Creating system designs and documentation using standard software design patterns and best practices Developing high-quality, secure, and maintainable code in alignment with coding standards Building applications that summarize, categorize, and visualize complex data with intuitive drill-down and expansion capabilities Developing site maps, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts as needed Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support build, deployment, configuration, and ongoing support Providing technical leadership, including peer code reviews and mentorship within the development team Testing, debugging, and validating applications using both automated and manual test cases Clearly communicating project status, risks, and issues to team members and leadership Working with internal teams and external vendors to define features and drive product design Participating in Agile development processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Supporting special projects and additional duties as assigned What Were Looking For Were looking for a well-rounded, technically strong developer who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and execute with precision. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer Strong experience with .NET development At least 2 years of experience with modern web frameworks and technologies, including React.js, Next.js, HTML, and CSS At least 2 years of experience with Node.js Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, or SQL Server) and strong SQL skills Experience implementing standard software design patterns and best practices Proficiency in working across Windows and Linux environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with ELK stack Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Docker Experience working with or extending CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Mura) Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within an HMO #J-18808-Ljbffr
