The function of the Warranty Administrator is to support the daily logistics of the warranty team, along with developing and maintaining budgets.

Role Responsibility and Duties

Manage the overall dealership office objectives by:

  • Uses administrative oversight to ensure that accounting records and reports are maintained accurately, with consistency, and on schedule.
  • Oversee warranty payments from all manufactures
  • Oversee accuracy for all warranty schedules
  • Provide daily logistical support for Warranty Team

Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Two plus years' experience as an assistant
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
  • High integrity as some documents may be confidential

Prerequisites: As part of our application process, all applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
