Join the dedicated team of Professional Drivers at System Freight, Inc., a leader in direct-to-store deliveries and fleet outsourcing services focused in the Northeastern United States. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and efficient Professional Drivers to ensure the timely delivery of goods while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service. Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various destinations within scheduled timelines. Perform daily vehicle inspections and comply with all state, federal, and local regulations, as well as company policies. Ensure all cargo is secured properly compliant with safety requirements and procedures. Maintain accurate travel and cargo logs; submit reports on the condition of the vehicle and the status of each delivery. Navigate routes using basic GPS devices or map applications, along with traditional maps if necessary. Assist in loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring that it is done accurately and carefully. Provide excellent customer service during delivery, representing System Freight, Inc. positively in all interactions. Proficiency in operating commercial heavy vehicles. Strong time management and logistics skills. Basic understanding of mechanical systems to identify vehicle issues. Excellent navigational and route management abilities.
