Contracts Clerks are responsible for reviewing contracts to ensure they confi rm with company standards as well as, federal, and state rules and regulations. They are also responsible for any accounting entries for all items related to a sale of a new or pre owned vehicle.

Job Duties
  • Post New and Pre Owned Contracts: Process and review new and pre owned contracts. Ensure compliance with company standards and federal and state regulations. Compliance all deals and perform a fi nal scan into CDK. Payoff checks and Equity checks.
  • Process Dealer Trades: Process dealer trades and ensure receivables collected.
  • Finance Reserves: Process monthly dealer fi nance reserves and follow up on aged items.
  • Factory Incentives: Reconcile factory incentives and follow up on aged items. Ensure all items setup in deals have accurate backup
  • Aftermarket/Service Contracts: Pay monthly invoices, reconcile schedules, process cancellations and follow up on aged items.
  • CIT/Down payments/Deposits: Reconcile schedules and ensure we are following revenue recognition. Follow up on aged items.
  • CAVS report: Monthly CAVS report to ensure gross matches accounting.
  • Flooring payment: Daily flooring payments and requesting fl ooring. Ensure audit items are handled within 24 hours.
KPI for YE awards
  • Days to post (CDK, Deal Logs)
  • Compliance Errors, Revenue Recognition (Schedules, HeatSheet)
  • Sales tax errors (Quarterly Sales Tax Returns)
  • AR aging (Axcessa)
  • % of deals vs OT (Deal Logs and Paylocity)

Salary Description

$27 - $34/hr
