The Occupational Therapist will work closely with the Clinical Director and the occupational therapy staff to ensure that the needs of each patient are being met in a timely manner. This position will also be responsible for assisting with the implementation of evidence based practices.QualificationsMaster's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from an accredited college or university; Masters Degree preferredCurrent OTR license required; BLS certification preferredCurrent CPR certification required; BLS certification preferredMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be willing to drive on weekends and holidays on occasionMust be able to travel up to 20% of the time throughout the state of Tucson, AZResponsibilities:Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services in accordance with established guidelines for the care of individuals with developmental disabilities in a manner that is effective, efficient, and cost-effectiveImplement evidence-based practices within the areas of assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, and treatment delivery within assigned units of careCollaborate effectively with other health professionals and staff members involved with the care of patients with developmental disabilities to ensure that all patients receive coordinated and coordinated care based on individual needs and community resourcesParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings as requiredBenefits:We offer competitive pay rates commensurate with experience.Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 - 20 per weekBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Choose your own hoursMonday to FridayWeekends as neededExperience:Home health: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:Occupational Therapy License (Required)Work Location: On the road
