The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Construction Superintendent, working in Engineering/Manufacturing industry in New York, New York, 11368, United States.

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • College degree in construction or related preferred
  • 5+ years experience as superintendent
  • Previous experience in construction management on retail/construction/commercial/renovations
  • Experienced and wants to work in NY in 5 boroughs
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
