Overview of the Human Resources Recruiter role:

• Responsible for the full recruiting cycle: advertising for positions, interviewing, coordinating drug screens and background checks, and onboarding new hires in a union environment
• Coordinate with the front office regarding applications and walk-ins for interviews
• Enter employee information into HR system, including New Hires, training, and benefits information
• Build relationships with current employees on the shop floor, including answering questions about insurance and benefits, and asking for employee referrals

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Recruiter Role:

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field
• Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
• Proficient with MS Office
• Excel experience
