The Role

The Coffee Associate performs a variety of roles across our packaging operations: including sanitizing the equipment, basic material handling, sub-assembly operations, and light manual assembly. This role is slated to be a temporary role for a 6 month contract. There is potential that this position may transition into a permanent role depending on business needs at the conclusion of the contract.

What you'll do:

• Be trained on manual packaging assembly processes
• Material handling
• Light assembly
• Sanitizing equipment
• Follow safety protocols
• Escalate safety issues or concerns as needed to the area supervisor
• Participate in all assigned activities to support company objectives

What we're looking for:

• Team players
• Ability to multitask and switch jobs/projects with transitional ease
• Good communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement
• Natural ability to understand and work with machinery

Requirements:

• No manufacturing experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 25lbs
