Job Purpose

Your mission is to maximize the businesses profit contribution, market share, and sales revenue by managing all associated marketing activities for the offsite manufacturing segment. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the Sales and Marketing teams by creating best in class value and marketing tools. You will be responsible for developing strategies, marketing programs, content and collateral, and leading research to unearth segment insights.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

Manage the development and lead execution and communication of business and segment marketing plans, budgets, and marketing programs to drive incremental sales.
Perform market research and analyze data to effectively communicate clear and actionable insights, plus recommended next steps.
Develop competitive and SWOT analyses, plus mitigation recommendations for the offsite manufacturing segments.
Lead cross-functionally and within marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of projects and develop strong working relationships with sales, manufacturing, strategic accounts, vendors and other key business drivers
Lead the execution of marketing events and campaigns with outside agencies, including site selection, negotiation with vendors, budget tracking, and other arrangements.
Support business P&L results by working with the business pricing manager to conduct market pricing analysis, recommendation formulation, and implementation of approved changes.
Working with sales resources, oversee and manage the communication of new product and service opportunities, marketing program opportunities, or any other relevant information/events to current or potential future customers.
Management and accountability for assigned segment marketing budgets.
Assist in the development of compelling value-propositions and product promotional tools to drive sales and increase demand beyond the transactional customer to the end user/influencer.
Travel to support field sales, customers, dealers, and any field marketing staff and/or agencies on a regular basis (approx. 40%).
Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with corporate and business Quality, Technical, and Legal standards.
Lead all assigned new product development projects.
Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as necessary.
What do I need to be successful?

8+ years' business, marketing, and/or sales management experience.
Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
Skills, knowledge, abilities:

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and financial skills.
Ability to effectively manage and keep projects on track.
Demonstrated leadership capability.
Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing skills.
Demonstrated expertise in written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the building materials industry and/or LP products preferred, but not required.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to thrive in a self-directed environment and work independent of direct supervision.
Ability to delegate appropriate tasks and coordinate execution to subordinates and outside agencies.
Ability to effectively represent company to internal and external customers.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience.
MBA strongly preferred.
Work Environment

Hybrid office environment
Travel 40%
