Business Analyst

divh2Business Analyst/h2pCACI is seeking an experienced, skilled technical Business Analyst in support of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional who can define business requirements, translate business requirements to functional, user, and system requirements, and develop supporting materials such as use cases, flowcharts, context diagrams, wireframes, interface system diagrams, and data flows. The ideal candidate will have experience developing business, functional and system user stories and requirements for small and large-scale applications, services, and solutions. They will be a strong team player who is able to work effectively and efficiently to meet team and program timelines./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliAssist in project planning and scoping by providing accurate estimates of effort and identifying potential risks./liliTrack progress against requirements and identify potential roadblocks./liliParticipate in project meetings, providing updates on requirements gathering and analysis progress./liliSupport the project team to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and customer expectations./liliAnalyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement./liliRecommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness./liliDocument as-is and to-be process flows using appropriate modeling techniques./liliEnsure documentation is drafted using the latest templates and is accurate, consistent, and adheres to company style guidelines and best practices./liliSubmit artifacts to the EITaaS review process. Be prepared to address any comments or requested edits. Ensure artifacts are successfully moved through the document workflow process and published./liliFacilitate requirement gathering sessions by working with the customer/stakeholders to define and document customer requirements/user stories that will be developed by the development team./liliServe as primary contact with the Subject Matter Experts./liliWork with QA testers and developers to perform system testing to ensure application functionality works correctly. Testing may include both manual and automated testing efforts to include both regression and targeted testing of new software capabilities./liliResponsible for supporting the client through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and any support for defect management during UAT process./li/ulpQualifications include:/pulli10+ years of relevant experience (bachelors degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)./liliAbility to obtain/maintain secret clearance./liliProven experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications./liliExperience working with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)./liliExperience with database concepts, data modeling, and SQL./liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills./liliStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliProficiency in using business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart)./liliAbility to create and execute documented detailed technical processes./liliOne of the following (or equivalent) certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CCBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), Cybersecurity Analysis Certification (CCA)./li/ulpDesired:/pulliExperience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus./liliExperience with enterprise security controls such as DISA STIGs or NIST 800-53./li/ulpWhat You Can Expect:/ppA culture of integrity.
