Join our team as a Metadata Specialist at Callisto Publishing, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and optimization of metadata for our diverse range of titles. Your responsibilities will include enforcing metadata best practices, conducting thorough reviews of metadata prior to publication, coordinating keyword research, and managing metadata updates across various online platforms. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for data accuracy, and a knack for optimizing product descriptions to drive sales, we'd love to have you on board.Enforce metadata best practices for all Callisto Publishing titles.Review metadata upon title launch and suggest changes as needed.Provide initial backend keywords for newly launched titles.Review title metadata 10 months prior to publication for completion and accuracy.Coordinate subsequent reviews of metadata prior to publication, suggesting changes as necessary.Support metadata optimization throughout the book lifecycle, including keyword and category research.Ensure all metadata updates are live on various online platforms.Manage distribution of cover images and internal files to distribution channels.Load A+ content on Amazon Vendor Central and troubleshoot metadata issues.Perform sales and data crossover tasks such as Performa Review and Budgeting.Assist other data team members and perform other assigned duties.Secondary Responsibilities:

Provide support to other data team members as required.Perform additional tasks as assigned.
