Bachendorf's/Bock Jewelry Co. Inc. (Dallas, TX) Luxury jewelry retailer Bock Company in Dallas, Texas, has an opening for a production coordinator. The job entails processing and coordinating watch and jewelry repairs, custom designs, pearl stringing, engraving, and appraisal jobs for five locations; ensuring quality control on all jewelry repair work; sourcing findings, mountings, and gemstones; processing special orders; shipping watches and jewelry that need to go to a vendor for repair; and backing up shipping department and reception if needed. Required Skills/Qualifications: Graduate Gemologist of bench experience preferred. However, we will train. Proficient in using a computer. Primary Responsibilities: Process and coordinate watch and jewelry repairs Quality control Engage with sales staff and jewelers for desired outcome of repairs and/or custom designs Compensation: Salary range is $50,000 to $68,000.
