This is a Contract position.We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented General Assembly Manufacturing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing the execution of assembly manufacturing projects from initiation to completion. The General Assembly Manufacturing Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Prioritize safety above all to protect our team members, partners, and customers.Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the execution of assembly manufacturing projects on time and within budget.Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Implement effective project management processes and methodologies.Allocate resources appropriately to ensure project success.Work closely with department heads to secure necessary resources and support.Communicate project status, issues, and risks regularly to stakeholders.Foster a collaborative and transparent communication environment within the project team.Identify and address project issues promptly to keep the project on track.Implement corrective actions to overcome obstacles and challenges.Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure that products meet established quality standards.Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.Capture and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
