Demand for orthopedic services continues to expand across the region. This role offers the unique opportunity to extend access, elevate patient care, and help shape an already high-volume practice supporting a service area of more than 125,000 people across Southeast Missouri. As the area's regional referral center-with a robust primary care network and a developing graduate medical education program including a local Internal Medicine Residency-physicians benefit from a strong, collaborative clinical community and opportunities to teach, mentor, and participate in academic initiatives if desired. Practice Dynamics: A balanced mix of Inpatient & Outpatient orthopedic cases. Advancing robotic surgery capabilities with institutional support for growth. 11 ORs with block time availability to optimize surgical scheduling and efficiency.
