Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our Wichita, Ks Team

This position is responsible for assisting, staffing and coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by field staff members who are working in the homes of clients. This position offers the right candidate a challenging position with an opportunity for growth. Candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, & think on their feet in a fast paced, demanding, and rewarding position.

Job Duties:
  • Pinning and or scheduling missed visits.
  • Maintains clear, concise documentation.
  • Document review ensuring accuracy in home visit frequencies.
  • Cross training to support Administrative Assistant
  • Performs other duties deemed necessary.
  • Fast-paced and occasionally stressful work environment with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a professional manner.
  • Must work well both independently and in a group setting.
  • Prior office experience.
  • Prior Scheduling and Coordinating Experience preferred.
  • Prior Home Health experience a plus
  • Professional appearance.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Positive, Professional attitude.
