Key Responsibilities for Warranty Writer Vidor TX:
  • Respond to phone calls and emails from current and prospective customers to schedule service appointments.
  • Keep customers informed by providing updates on the progress of their service and notifying them when their service is completed.
  • Effectively coordinate and prioritize service tasks, ensuring efficient allocation within the service team.
  • Maintain a high level of organization when managing service appointments and customer records.
  • Utilize computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping purposes.
  • Remain active throughout the day, overseeing and assisting with the service process.
  • Optional: Obtain certification in Propane operations, if required.
  • Adhere to schedules and ensure that team members follow assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with forklift operation and/or knowledge of RV repairs.
