About The Role This is an entry level support role. This position requires handling a high volume of phone calls in a production environment. There may be extended periods of confinement to your workstation during peak periods. You will be using multiple computer programs simultaneously to research, resolve, and document requests. This position may require working alternative work shifts, including evenings and weekends, on a regular or rotational basis determined by management. Additional information: Position starts Monday, August 25, 2025. The Client Service Center is open M-F 8am - 7pm CST, Sat 9am - 5:30pm CST. Holidays are reviewed each year, and the CSC may be open based on expected call volume, and you may be required to work. Training hours are 8am - 4:30pm CST Mon-Fri from August 25th through October 10th. Mentoring is from October 13th through October 17th. Hours worked during mentoring can vary and will depend on mentor availability and business need. Your scheduled hours beginning Saturday, October 18th (after training and mentoring) will be: Sat 9am - 5:30pm CST, plus 4 weekday shifts from 10:30am - 7pm CST. Communicates with clients via phone to deliver a best-in-class client experience by resolving matters related to client services. Completes calculations and transactions accurately to make policy changes, modify policy coverage, and/or collection of premium from clients based on underwriting, accounting, and billing services guidelines and best practices. Enters communication records and other data into various company systems for information transfer to the Financial Representative, call center management trending reports, or other organizational areas. Do You Have What We're Looking For? Demonstrated success in a client facing sales, retail, or food service role. Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Passion for delivering exceptional client service. Adapt quickly to client needs and changes. Strong problem-solving skills. Highly computer literate. Outstanding communication skills, empathy, patience, and ability to think quickly. Background in the insurance and/or financial services industry. What We Offer $44,000 ($21.84/hr.) $500 salary increase opportunity upon meeting proficiency Work Arrangement Hybrid: Allows 4 days remote work with one day in the office during and after training and mentoring.
