  • Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials.
  • Be an additional resource for the Marketing Department, with an ability to adapt to new projects when needed.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of department events, including logistic coordination and on-site support.
  • Organize and maintain Creative Studio and all photography needs for upcoming photoshoots.
  • Collect and ship product and materials for photoshoots and marketing needs, ensuring all regulatory standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop creative concepts, and contribute to campaign planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • This position will be based in Boston, MA.
  • Required to be in office 4 days per week.
