NetSuite Sr Administrator

Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team on-site in Logan Utah. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuites capabilities, business processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules to align with business processes

· Provide technical expertise in NetSuite customization, scripting, and integration

· Lead development efforts to enhance NetSuite functionality and address unique business needs

· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems

· Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionalities and best practices

· Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

· Guide and advise stakeholders on how to leverage NetSuite to meet business objectives

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations

· Ensure proper knowledge transfer within the team

· Conduction training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite features

· Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues and enhance user adoption

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field

· 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with a focus on successful implementations

· NetSuite Certified Administrator

· Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite

· In-depth expertise in NetSuite customization using SuiteScript and workflows and other NetSuite tools

· Experience with data migration and integration with other business systems

Preferred Skills

· Experience with Deposco WMS

· Experience with SPS Commerce

· Experience with data warehouse and analytic solutions.

· Project management with a track record of successful project delivery
