Our Security Operations Center (SOC) is dedicated to remotely monitoring EPIC iO security systems at customer locations. Operators play a crucial role in providing alert and event detection, assessing evolving situations, and communicating time-sensitive security information to customers.This role is for Weekends 4pm - 12amResponsibilities:Adhere strictly to EPIC iO Technologies SOC operating standards and procedures.Maintain a high level of situational awareness regarding customer sites and emerging activities.Analyze, assess, and respond to system-generated alerts and event notifications promptly.Monitor live streaming video footage and location dashboards for signs of suspicious or ongoing criminal activity; activate breach deterrent protocols as needed.Initiate outbound calls to notify customers, law enforcement, first responders, and management of critical events requiring their attention or response.Prepare comprehensive post-situational reports and logs in a clear, factual, and organized manner for customer distribution.Create maintenance and repair support tickets for tier 1, 2 & 3 support as necessary.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technology-driven event streams.Proficient in event analytics and Artificial Intelligence tools.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and possession of reliable transportation.Ability to work independently during weeknight, overnight, and weekend shifts.$18 - $20 an hourIf you are a focused, disciplined individual with a commitment to effective monitoring using cutting-edge technology, we invite you to apply for the SOC Agent position at EPIC iO Technologies.
