JOB DESCRIPTION

The IT Support Specialist I will assist with providing first level technical support for inbound calls, ticketing system requests and assigned tasks. The IT Support Specialist will assist with troubleshooting a variety of software applications, hardware devices and IT systems. The position will also be responsible for inventory control and device maintenance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Support Specialist is expected to provide technical support for the following:

SOFTWARE NextGen EHR / EPM / EDR Microsoft Office Microsoft Outlook Adobe Acrobat

HARDWARE Dell desktop and laptop computers HP laser printers, Epson inkjet printers and Zebra label writers Otech tablets and kiosks Fujitsu scanners Apple iOS devices FAX machines Cisco IP phones

WORK ENVIORNMENTS Clinical Call center Office

OTHER DUTIES Performs workstation set ups and relocations Performs inventory maintenance and organization Performs cable management Performs account management of IT systems Provides technical assistance for meetings and presentations Creates detailed documentation of work performed Performs non-routine assignments as needed

Requirements:

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

Education, Certifications and/or Experience: Associates degree in an IT concentration Minimum two years’ of work experience in an IT environment IT certifications preferred Driver's License KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in computer hardware and software application concepts Familiarity with networking technologies Help desk and/or call center environment experience desired Must be able to work in a highly dynamic work environment Must be able to handle concurrent assignments Must be highly organized and have a high attention to detail Must have good verbal and written communication skills Must have good interpersonal skills and provide professional service Must be able to operate a motor vehicle PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to perform the essential functions of the position Ability to meet the attendance requirements of the position Ability to sit, stand, stoop and bend to perform job duties Ability to lift and move reasonably heavy equipment assisted and unassisted Ability to deliver excellent customer service

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Required to work after hours and weekends as needed Reports to:

Director of IT Services

Salary:

$18 - $21 an hour
