Job Description:
Bring your talent and craft to our expanding markets as a Faade Foreman in Orlando, FL as part of our faade restoration and waterproofing department Were looking for an individual who is driven, with leadership qualities and a great work ethic to join our team.
This job would include identifying areas of needed repair/ predicting potential issues, commercial caulking, waterproofing, window glazing, coatings of walls, floors and cervices while adhering to all safety standards and operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction waterproofing
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
Current and valid drivers license, with an insurable driving record
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team (avg. crew size of 2-3)
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure productivity and project success
Ensure jobs meet the quality standards established (timeframe/ safety procedures included)
Ability to produce top quality restoration and waterproofing with attention to detail
Flexibility in schedule for adjusted start times, occasional days, or weekends
Frequent travel (in company van, with daily per diem allowance and individual hotel stay)
Working with pneumatic & power tools, loading/ unloading materials, using chemical solutions
Certifications for use of lifts, swing stage and scaffolds
OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 is preferred)
