Job Description: References- 3 Needed Remote Responsibilities: 1. Lead, oversee, and manage single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. 2. Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. 3. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with the project team. 4. Manage project resources, including internal team members and external contractors or vendors. 5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 6. Monitor project progress, identify issues or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions. 7. Communicate project status, milestones, and key deliverables to stakeholders and senior management. 8. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. 9. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork. 10. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation.

Qualification & Technical Skills needed: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in IT environments within the education sector. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. 5. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Ellucian - Colleague, and familiarity with SaaS environments is desirable. 6. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 7. bility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities. 8. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. 9. Proficiency in project management tools and software. 10.

ERP Systems:

Extensive knowledge and experience with ERP systems, particularly Ellucian - Colleague, including configuration, customization, integration, and migration. 11.

Database Management:

Proficiency in managing databases, especially SQL databases like PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server, as well as experience with cloud-based databases such as AWS RDS. 12.

Cloud Computing:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and managing SaaS environments, including infrastructure setup, deployment, and maintenance. 13.

DevOps:

Skills in DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), automation, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). 14.

Software Development:

Knowledge of software development methodologies and languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), and frameworks like Angular for frontend development. 15.

Project Management Tools:

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for planning, tracking, and managing project tasks, milestones, and resources. 16.

Data Management and Analytics:

Understanding of data governance, data management, reporting, analytics, and data architecture principles and tools. 17.

Cybersecurity:

wareness of cybersecurity best practices, standards, and tools to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 18.

Collaboration and Communication Tools:

Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for effective team collaboration and client communication. 19.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit), and techniques for ensuring software quality, performance, and reliability. 20.

gile Methodology:

Experience with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, for iterative and incremental development, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement.
