The ProposalSpecialist role is critical to the client acquisition and retentionefforts of Navitus Health Solutions. This position workscross-functionally at a variety of levels to maximize sales through thetimely creation and management of competitive responses to Requests forProposals (RFPs) and other sales related documents for a variety ofaudiences. The Proposal Specialist ensures agreed upon strategies areincorporated into persuasive, compelling, and customer-focusedproposals. This position ensures the timely completion of a project inaccordance with defined project management processes and qualitystandards. The Proposal Specialist reports to the Supervisor, SalesSupport and MarCom and interfaces with various individuals throughoutthe organization. This position requires strong project and timemanagement skills and attention to detail. Is this you? Find out morebelow How do I make an impact on my team? In conjunction with theProposal team, read, review, and understand RFP requirements. Utilizethe proposal knowledgebase to obtain response material and customize asneeded. Work with the Proposal team to ensure that information includedin proposal is current with respect to corporate background, functionalcapabilities, program descriptions, etc. Ensure that response documentis built and formatted in a manner that adheres to both responserequirements and Navitus marketing and branding guidelines. Ensure asmooth flow of information and consistent messaging in proposals byproofing, editing, and rewriting all sections of the proposal asrequired. Work with Sales, Marketing Communications, and other staff toidentify themes, discriminators, and capture strategies. Work withSubject Matter Experts to develop new proposal content and incorporateinto the proposal responses to include illustrations and other graphicalelements. Work with Proposal team to ensure that written answerscoordinate with the objectives outlined in the RFP. Support thedevelopment of compelling marketing content to drive company and brandawareness through various media. Work with Sales and the Proposal teamto produce...
