Responsible for the daily activities required to maintain a clean working environment for all staff and visitors. Ensure all areas are safe and sanitized at all times.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize all bathroomsSweep, scrub, and mop all floor and bleacher areas.Vacuum and shampoo all carpet areas.Clean all glass and window areas.Clean and dust offices.Maintain the outside grounds.Perform tasks as required by your supervisor or manager.Other duties may be assigned.Education and/or Experience High school diploma or G.E.D. or vocational training and at least two (2) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills and Abilities Possess thorough understanding of the operational procedures, facility capabilities, event-related services for the types of events anticipated at the facility.Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlinesWork effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.Work independently and exercise proper judgment in handling incidents and routine matters.Excellent organization skillsAbility to prioritize and to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProfessional presentation, appearance and work ethic Other QualificationsAbility to work as a team member with limited supervisionRequires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hoursPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
