Responsibilities
  • Keeps entire dealership in clean and orderly condition
  • Performs any combination of the following duties: Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs and office spaces, uses machinery to clean showroom floor, dusts entire facility, responsible for maintaining multiple bathrooms and a kitchen
  • Empties trash and garbage containers
  • Maintains minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service
  • Valid driver's license
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous janitorial/maintenance experience preferred
  • Great work ethic
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
