M&A Analyst,

is seeking an

M&A Analyst

to focus on new practice acquisitions for our company. This individual will provide support for all acquisitions to ensure Refresh Mental Health has a successful closing and integration. This experience is for a recent graduate seeking a dynamic and well-rounded experience in corporate development with well-defined career advancement opportunities.

This is a high-visibility role with our senior management team, and the transactions you work on will significantly accelerate Refresh Mental Health's growth and expand our footprint across the U.S. Key Functions: Assist in the M&A process with acquisition targets that the company engages Facilitate internal discussions and collateral for key stakeholders in the organization Support Refresh M&A team members at all stages of the M&A process Drive various business development projects for the company Requirements: Minimum 1-year of M&A experience with investment banking, or working on a Corporate development team Self-starter, not intimidated by picking up the phone Strong organizational skills Must be detail-oriented Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Skills: Ability to work with minimal oversight Self-awareness and effective communication with high-level executives Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and acquisition prospects Big picture thinker with a high degree of organizational skill and a team player Advantages: Health Insurance Benefits Dental and Vision Benefits 401K with a company match Other Elective Insurances - Short-term disability, life insurance, and more Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) About Refresh Mental Health Refresh Mental Health
