Boyer & Ritter is looking for Audit Senior Associates to join our growing practice.
We have opportunities available in Camp Hill, State College, and Chambersburg locations
Boyer & Ritter is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our growing team.
Assist in carrying out audit, accounting, assurance, and other services to clients
Deal with complex accounting issues and specialized assignments
Run large and complex engagements while supervising staff or run several smaller engagements simultaneously
Develop new client relationships and enhance current relationships by providing excellent customer service
Coordinate service activities with clients and oversee staff accountants
Assist in mentoring and training staff
Excel in a dynamic work environment servicing a variety of clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA license
2+ years of recent experience in a public accounting firm or industry accounting experience in

Construction, Government, Auto Dealership, or Employee Benefit Plans

a PLUS
Ability to complete various assignments within time constraints and deadlines
Possess excellent project management, analytical and collaboration skills
Detail oriented
Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
