$80k to $100k DOE + each quarter a 2% to 4% bonus + relocation benefits or sign on bonus available 3 weeks of paid time off + 10 holidays + 1 community service day 401k with up to 2% match and 4% employer contribution All regular, full time employees and qualified dependents are eligible to receive medical coverage on the first of the month following the day you begin employment. Team Description : Your immediate team: Sr Accountant AR Specialist - degreed and highly tenured Payroll / AP Clerk. Your adjacent team who you work with on a regular basis: Sales Managers Business Development Managers VP of Operations Sr Manager of Operations Director of IT and HR Director. This is a highly collaborative role. Hours/Schedule : 7:30am to 4:30pm. ok to flex +/- 1 hour Systems : Syteline, Power BI, SQL, Excel Challenges : Learning as quick as possible so you're ready for the next promotion. By design you should be ready for the next promotion in ~3 to 5 years. Other : Due to the Department of Defense contracts you must be a "US PERSON" for this role. On a quarterly or semi annual basis there will be some travel to other locations for training. Proof of COVID vaccination is not required. This job: Month End Close. Budgeting/Forecasting. Improving financial reporting to leaders across the board.
