Purpose: Increase overall revenue by exhibiting a positive and energetic attitude to sell our service to customers while guiding them through the bond process to facilitate the release of their loved ones from local detention facilities.We are looking for professional individuals to work full time at a busy bail bond office. No prior experience is necessary as training and certification will be provided by the company. We are a 24/7 business with multiple office locations, and therefore shift flexibility and the willingness to travel anywhere within metro-Atlanta are necessary.Critical agent duties include but are not limited to:Answer incoming callsGreet and assist clienteleUtilize Sheriffs office websites and county court websites to obtain and disseminate accurate information to client inquiriesGather background information on clients to assist management in risk assessmentContact local law enforcement agencies, as needed, to obtain bond/warrant informationCalculate bond/jail fees and provide potential clients with cost estimatesCollect required documentationDraft bond contractsAccurately collect, count, and document payments receivedInform clients of the bonding processCreate new client files and maintain stock of client formsComplete docket search and advise of wanted persons locatedMaintain a clean work environmentAll other duties as assignedBasic computer and internet skills are required, including 25+ words per minute typing speed and familiarity with Google Workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as good phone etiquette, a friendly personality, and a willingness to work. Must be 21 years of age, have a valid Georgia driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean criminal background. Required Preferred Job Industries
