The Warehouse Coordinator will assist SCM operations team and direct supervisor to provide excellent customer service and quality patient care by performing a variety of clerical duties, fleet, and transportation related tasks.

Position Report to: Supply Chain Operations Director

1. Responsible for picking up and delivering packages using established delivery route schedule.
2. Load and unload deliveries and sort items according to established procedures.
3. Ensures products are delivered within stipulated timeframe and keep record of all transactions.
4. Mark inventory and warehouse items with identifying information.
5. Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
6. Use of vehicle lift gates, straps, forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks.
7. Assigned tasks and work orders by operations Team.
8. Complete a Daily Maintenance Check List
9. Self-motivated, able to function efficiently with little to no supervision.
10. Keep vehicle and trailers cleaned and organized.
11. Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements.
12. Assemble, deliver, and install furniture or equipment as needed.
13. Other duties as assigned.

Required:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid WA state drivers license.
• NO more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
