Customer Service Admin Position Overview

Davidson's is currently seeking a full-time, in-house, Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our Sales Administration Department and hardworking team in Prescott, Arizona

Customer Service Admin Responsibilities include

  • Handling incoming customer service calls and relaying information to Sales Management for feedback responses
  • Creating, running, and troubleshooting various reports and data sets
  • Recording and documenting procedures
Customer Service Admin Pay & Benefits

Davidson's is a business casual environment that offers a generous benefits and compensation package. The starting pay for the Customer Service Admin will be $19 p/hour in addition to voluntary benefits which include family Medical, Dental, and Vision coverages as well as supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, short-term/ long-term disability plans, pet insurance, cash benefit plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous match

Requirements

Ideal Customer Service Admin Candidate Would Possess
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - business style writing
  • An upbeat and positive interpersonal demeanor
  • Self-motivated problem solving abilities to identify on conquer job challenges
  • Creativity and critical thinking skills
  • A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills, handling multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with contacts at all levels
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • A strong attention to detail - with double-checking and follow through as a standard
  • Ability to work overtime as needed


Salary Description
