The Position Title: Head of Distribution, Health Coalition Location: Doral, FL Reports to: TBD

The Head of Distribution will function as the leader of the Health Coalition business unit, contributing to both strategy development and day‐to‐day execution. He or she will lead the team supporting Health Coalition’s operations and will be accountable for achieving specific financial and business goals. The Head of Distribution will be responsible for managing, training and developing team members to ensure both manufacturers and customers receive best‐in‐class service. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, capable individual to develop and cultivate an industry‐leading platform. Responsibilities Directs and implements the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for overall distribution operations, order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, transportation and manufacturer / customer relationships. Partners and works closely with existing and new manufacturing partners and customers to drive strong relationships and deliver best‐in‐class service. Actively participates in business reviews and partners with executive team to develop the systems and tools required to achieve operational excellence. Develops strategic and operational plans with defined performance standards, metrics and action plans that can be tracked against timelines and budgets to evaluate organizational performance. Develops and holds accountable the business unit’s team in order to drive meaningful revenue growth in business. Provides leadership to the employee base, monitors performance trends, and partners with executive team to ensure that financial and operational goals are achieved. Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Participates in risk management activities to promote the safety of employees. CONFIDENTIAL Qualifications 10+ years of healthcare distribution experience with over 5 years of pharmaceutical distribution operational responsibility. Experience operating in a pharmaceutical distribution business required. Experience with warehouse operations and driving efficiencies. Demonstrable track record of achieving revenue, cost and profitability improvement goals. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field. MBA preferred. Data‐driven thinker with ability to critically analyze problems and generate creative solutions. Proven ability to effectively communicate and form/maintain relationships with manufacturing partners and customers. Leader who demonstrates discipline and resolve to deliver results, leads with passion, operates with humility, and takes personal accountability for success. Willingness and ability to travel significantly as needed to effectively manage the business. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary with discretionary bonus.
