Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, product information, and general service requests.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product line to effectively assist customers with selecting and purchasing products.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, especially during peak holiday periods.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Uphold the brand's reputation for quality and service excellence.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high-level customer support or customer care role.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professionalism and empathy.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
