VP OF FINANCE

Now recruiting on behalf of $8-10B+ industry leading distribution company in the Southeast US for a proven VP of Finance. This opportunity offers company and industry stability, a high growth business model, significant exposure to executive management, and the opportunity to drive change and build and refine a best-in-class Finance function.

The VP of Finance will be responsible for FP&A and Operations Finance teams across multiple regions and will drive improved financial systems, reporting, and automation; position the organization for significant, scalable growth; lead the planning, budgeting, forecasting function; develop a pipeline for top Finance talent; ensure accurate and insightful financial reporting and analytics for executive management; and support ongoing strategic finance initiatives.

The right candidate for this VP of Finance role will have:
  • MBA - top tier graduate program
  • CPA or CFA certification
  • 12-14+ years of progressive experience, including 9+ years of leadership experience
  • Focused experience working in industry leading distribution, CPG, or similar companies.
  • Experience serving in Senior Director or VP level Finance/FP&A leadership role at the Corporate level within a $5-10 billion+ sized organization
  • Superior communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of managing and driving change in highly matrixed organization
