As a Product Manager on the Coinbase Trading team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the trading experience for our users. You will lead the ideation, development, and execution of features aimed at improving critical user journeys and driving trading efficiency. Additionally, you will leverage your understanding of trading behaviors to provide buy, sell, and convert functionality to customers on our flagship application and/or to enable advanced trading strategies for our highest volume users. What you'll be doing: Build 0>1 trading products for stock options and margin Build a Roadmap: Understand trading behaviors and market trends to conceptualize and implement a roadmap that enables traders to unlock new strategies on web and mobile (iOS/Android) Data-Driven Decision Making: Define metrics and run experiments to evaluate CUJ efficiency and trading execution. Leverage data to continuously optimize product features Own product development from conception to launch, iterating along the way until you create the world's best products for leverage and hedging Scale and grow usage, ensuring users have access to the products when needed Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap Define and analyze metrics to guide product development Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision What we look for in you: 5+ years of product management experience, including experience working on consumer products Strong expertise in equities, with a deep understanding of options and margin products. Expertise in trading and a strong grasp of financial concepts (i.e. markets, derivative instruments, trading strategies) Experience building 0 to 1 products with high ambiguity and creatively solving problems given any constraint without giving up Strong design sense about product decisions and an understanding of how to create delightful experiences Ability to influence and shape strategic decisions/discussions Experience working with and balancing the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders including users, design, and UXR using both qualitative and quantitative data An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Aptitude for learning and ability to ramp quickly on new and potentially complicated domains Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission Pay Range: $207,485$244,100 USD Commitment to Equal Opportunity Coinbase is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
