As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing the financial records and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
