Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to ideate big ideas and concepts, grounded in our brand position and identity, that lead to revenue generating proposals and activations. This role also leads the development of marketing strategies and plans for existing and prospect National Corporate Partnerships to help drive revenue. Additionally, this role is responsible for identifying and securing in-kind corporate partnerships to amplify the mission and brand. This is a critical leadership role that works closely with cross-functional leadership and teams to drive revenue in alignment with new brand identity and organizational strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the current, and prospect, corporate business development portfolios and goals
  • Ideate big ideas within marketing strategies and concepts, that are grounded in new brand position and identity, that can be developed into impactful and exciting proposals and activations.
  • Maximize revenue potential by building robust pipelines and delivering compelling proposals that build mutually beneficial partnerships and align with short-term and long-term strategic goals
  • Collaborate with teams (i.e., Business Development, Mission, etc.) to make sure all key dates and deliverables are understood, align with internal Creative Director, Communications and Digital Teams on resourcing needs. Prioritize as appropriate.
  • Create marketing activations that cultivate relationships with partners to maximize donations, employee engagement, event sponsorships/participation
  • Proactively seek and land opportunities for in-kind media and promotions
  • Manage, develop and coach Sr. Marketing Manager, particularly in thought partnership/leadership and strategy
  • Serve as a thought partner with the Business development team, proposing new strategies and channel opportunities for new and existing partnerships.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with Business Development partners. Collaborate with these partners, and other key stakeholders (e.g., Mission), on marketing strategies.
  • Participate in new partner "pitches" and on scheduled National Partnership calls as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Prior experience overseeing the development & activation of co-branded partnerships.
  • 10+ years professional marketing experience partnering with business development a must
  • Related marketing experience in the healthcare, preferably healthcare non-profit, a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
