Responsibilities Were looking for project managers to lead our projects to success by engaging their teams and inspiring clients to collaborate to accomplish common goals: cost-saving, timely delivery, and quality are the most important things we aim for. Youll be responsible for: Identifying the needs, and scope of work, developing a detailed project schedule, tracking the progress, and keeping project works & deliverables on track. Coordinating internal resources and project stakeholders in the daily activities of the project. Ensuring the project complies with all working standards and policies. Evaluating project performance regularly and take action to increase productivity as much as possible. Reporting to management (DM/PMO) as needed. Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues. Requirements At SupremeTech, we apply Agile methodology in almost every project we do. So it would be a great fit if you are agile enough and able to adapt to the changing environment besides that: You must have: Good at speaking and writing in English. TOEIC 650 or equivalent. University Degree. Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Project Manager role. OR, over 5 years of experience with a deep understanding of the Software Development lifecycle and process. Familiar with using Project Management tools such as JIRA, Backlog, and Google Sheets. The ability to outline a projects objectives, scope, resources, and timeline. Strong attention to detail and result-oriented working style. Good communication, and leadership skills. Emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. And nice to have: Professional Scrum Master or Agile methodology-related certification. Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Good programming skills, deep understanding of programming concepts, and ability to use principles, rules, tools, and guidelines to write code effectively. System analyzing abilities to design new IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Our Key Benefits and Cares 13th-month pay (yearly bonus). Salary review twice a year.
