This job sure isn't boring The Retail Associate is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly at our stores. This role works mostly independently, so your primary contact is with our customers - making a great impression every day and reminding them why they enjoy coming to us for their water needs.

Your job is to provide excellent service for all internal and external customers.

  • Be the welcoming face and voice of Clearwater. Helping customers over the phone and in person at our store.
  • Schedule customers for service, answer product questions (or find someone who can).
  • Accurately ring up sales/exchanges/returns on our POS. Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
  • Load softener salt and bottled water into customer vehicles. Requires the ability to regularly lift/maneuver/load product that weighs up to 50 lbs.
  • Forklift operation to move pallets of salt or equipment around the warehouse. We will train and certify you.
  • Maintain inventory. Count all the widgets from time to time.
  • Keeps retail location clean and presentable both inside and outside. This means dusting, sweeping, scrubbing when needed.
If you have a great attitude and work ethic we will train you to do these tasks.

Want to earn even more money? Retail associates receive a $50 bonus for every completed sales appointment they set with customers. If the appointment results in a sale, you'll get another $50 bonus. The opportunity to set leads is limitless.

This is a full-time position with great benefits including earning vacation time and holidays right away. Get paid early with On-Demand payments. Other benefits including health, dental & vision are available within 90 days.

Qualifications:
  • Previous customer experience and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills including in-person and telephonic.
  • Solid computer experience and cash-handling required.
