Elevate Your Career: D365 Application Specialist Opportunity Embark on a transformative journey with our client as a D365 Application Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, configuring and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications to align with the business objectives. This is a Hybrid Role with some travel in midwest. Can be hybrid for the right person within 1-2 hour radius. Job Summary:

As a D365 Application Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the D365 applications. Your responsibilities include analyzing, customizing, and implementing D365 for Finance and Operations (F&O) while ensuring seamless integration with external applications. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting issues, conducting design reviews, and supporting the entire software development life cycle. Essential Duties: Analyze, configure, and implement D365 applications, maintaining a deep technical understanding. Support integration between D365 and external applications. Transition from technical requirements to delivery, ensuring clear understanding. Participate in design and code reviews, ensuring alignment with architectural specifications. Keep supervisors informed of important developments and potential problems. Contribute to all aspects of the software development life cycle. Provide end-user support. Communicate and document technical designs clearly for team members and customers. Job Specifications: Experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting D365 applications. Proficiency in SQL, data migration, and X++ programming language. Strong knowledge of CRM, Finance, and Operations business processes. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Project management experience. Adaptability to evolving technologies. Customer-focused mindset. Qualifications: Education: Associates or B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials and Operations. Certification(s): Essential in Core, Technical, and Functional disciplines. Culture Match Behaviors:
